Local EVOS restaurants abruptly close
April 4, 2025 - EVOS, a fast-casual restaurant known for airbaking rather than deep frying food, has abruptly closed all three locations, including one in St. Petersburg. The Tampa-based concept has served "Feel Great Food" to busy consumers for the past 31 years. EVOS also had locations in South Tampa and Carrollwood.
