MarineMax acquires boat dealer
June 7, 2023 - Clearwater-based yacht retailer MarineMax has acquired C&C Boat works, a family-owned Minnesota boat dealer. The deal terms were not disclosed in the recent acquisition. "This is a business we have known for many years, one that shares our team-focused culture and dedication to service excellence. The addition of C&C Boat Works, which follows our 2021 acquisition of Nisswa Marine, enhances our ability to serve customers and realize further efficiencies across our operations in the region," MarineMax CEO Brett McGill said in the June 2 announcement.
