Mediterranean dining concept planned for the SkyBeach Resort
October 16, 2025 - The SkyBeach Resort, in South St. Petersburg at the edge of Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, will debut an upscale Mediterranean dining concept in December. Luma will be elevated in the resort's main lobby, joining the two-story Skybar & Grille, and Paradeco Coffee Roasters.
