Minor League Baseball, Nationwide partner
December 10, 2019 - Nationwide has been designated the "official insurance partner of Minor League Baseball." It's part of a multi-year partnership between the Columbus, Ohio-based insurance and financial services company and Minor League Baseball, based in St. Petersburg. Under the terms of the new agreement, Nationwide secures exclusive national rights in the insurance category, becomes the latest commercial partner of Minor League Baseball's Hispanic fan engagement platform, Copa de la Diversión, and is a presenting partner of several new fan-centric ownership platforms, a news release said. Financial terms were not disclosed.
