New owner for Carillon building
May 7, 2019 - The Feil Organization purchased the Transamerica building at 570 Carillon Parkway for $36.8 million. Transamerica did a partial leaseback, taking back nearly 52,000 square feet of the 245,000-square-foot property, Commercial Property Executive reported. Tata Consultancy Services brought 430 employees to the building last year as part of an agreement with Transamerica to transform the administration of its U.S. insurance and annuity business lines. Newmark Knight Frank facilitated the transaction.
