Office space leasing begins for the EDGE Collective
May 3, 2024 - Leasing for 16,000 square feet of Class A office space at 1246 Central Ave., site of the EDGE Collective mixed-use development, has begun. PTM Partners and DoveHill Capital Management are leasing the office spaces, designed by Storyn Studio for Architecture, ranging from 1,800-square foot suites to 8,000 square feet for a full floor. Tenants will also have access to a 7,000-square foot communal garden on the building’s ground floor.
