Owners of downtown St. Pete’s Tropez announce closure
May 31, 2024 - Tropez, a downtown St. Petersburg restaurant and bar opened in 2019 on Central Avenue, has closed. Its owners announced the “difficult decision” Wednesday in a social media post. The owners cited rising supply costs, increasing wages, a loss of foot traffic, adjacent construction and “minimal parking” for the closure.
