Raymond James buys boutique firm

Raymond James Financial (NYSE: RJF) agred to buy Silver Lane Advisors, a boutique investment bank focused on M&A in the financial services sector. Financial terms were not disclosed in a news release announcing the deal.

MarineMax posts sales and earnings gains

Marsh & McLennan Agency will buy Bouchard Insurance, a full-service agency in Clearwater. Terms were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close this month. Bouchard will keep its offices and CEO Doug Bouchard will continue to lead the business.

Coworking company plans Tampa site

WorkLodge has signed a development agreement to bring its shared workspace to Tampa. The new coworking location expects to open in August, a news release said. It’s the first Florida location for the Houston, Texas-based company.
