Greenway Health, a Tampa electronic health records developer, will pay $57.25 million in a settlement with the U.S. Attorney in Vermont. Prosecutors said Greenway caused users to submit false claims to the government by misrepresenting the capabilities of one of its products.
The median credit score for Tampa and St. Petersburg residents is lower than average, a study from WalletHub shows. St. Pete’s median score was 675, ranking the city No. 1,597 among 2,572 cities. Tampa ranked No. 1,979, with a median score of 663.

Residential real estate brokerage Douglas Elliman expanded to Florida’s west coast with the acquisition of Strickland Property Group in St. Petersburg. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founder and CEO Bonnie Strickland and her team will stay on.
Marti Beller is the new president of Kobie, a loyalty marketing company in St. Petersburg. Beller previously was senior vice president of global loyalty products and platforms at Mastercard. Beller will help Kobie expand its offerings, said CEO Brad Hechtkopf.
Florida Insurance Commissioner David Altmaier was elected to serve as vice president of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, effective immediately. Altmaier said he would continue to serve in his state role.
