April 22, 2026 - Pinellas County commissioners unanimously approved $800,000 in affordable housing funding for the Brentwood Townhomes project in Pinellas Park, supporting construction of 25 workforce housing units at 6731 Bryan Dairy Road. The development will include income-restricted units alongside market-rate homes, with long-term affordability maintained through a county land trust under the Pinellas County Penny IV program. County staff will now complete financial due diligence and finalize terms for the project led by Brentwood BLT EIC, LLC.
