Pinellas fertilizer ban begins June 1

May 29, 2024 - Pinellas County’s rainy season fertilizer restrictions begin Saturday, June 1, and last through Sept. 30 to prevent toxic nutrients and runoff from reaching local waterbodies and causing harmful algae blooms.
