Pinellas Park SWAT Team raids ‘problem hotel’
August 12, 2025 - The Pinellas Park Police Department's Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team and Special Investigations Unit executed a raid Tuesday at an Express Inn & Suites. A long-term investigation identified several suspects who were using the hotel at 11333 U.S. Highway 19 as a base for narcotics sales. The Express Inn & Suites houses both short and long-term residents, including children, and three of the four people arrested received additional charges for selling or possessing narcotics within 1,000 feet of a school.
