Plant City company sells fruit business

April 17, 2019 - Paradise Inc. (OTCPink: PARF) agreed to sell substantially all of its assets engaged in the production, manufacture, sale and distribution of glacé fruit product to a subsidiary of Seneca Foods Corp. The sale price is about $9.4 million, according to a regulatory filing. Paradise, based in Plant City, has been exploring strategic options and eventually plans to sell all of its assets.
