PSTA to receive $120,000 grant
August 27, 2020 - The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority will receive a $120,000 grant from the Department of Transportation to boost current efforts to drive innovation in financing, system design and service, Representative Charlie Crist announced Wednesday. This new funding follows a $1.2 million grant to help secure to upgrade the PSTA bus fleet, $21.8 million for the construction of the SunRunner Bus Rapid Transit Line and $40 million in CARES Act funding for Covid-19 response and recovery.
