Raymond James sells stock for Uber IPO
April 12, 2019 - Raymond James & Associates is one of the 29 underwriters for Uber Technologies’ highly anticipated initial public offering, according to documents filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. St. Petersburg-based Raymond James also was an underwriter for rival ride-share company Lyft’s IPO last month.
