Rays top $1B in value
April 10, 2019 - The Tampa Bay Rays have a total value of $1.01 billion, up 12 percent from a year ago, a new report from Forbes said. The Rays ranked No. 29 among 30 Major League Baseball clubs, based on total value, with the Miami Marlins in the bottom spot on the Forbes list. The Rays had $27 million in operating income on $228 million in revenue last year, Forbes said.
