Rays will sell $20 tickets in Tampa

The Tampa Bay Rays have announced a low-cost option to attend games at Tampa’s Steinbrenner Field after increasing prices to compensate for the minor league stadium’s limited capacity. Fans can purchase $20 standing-room-only tickets for all 81 home games and receive availability notifications by texting “RAYS” to 42086. All single-game tickets will go on sale Thursday through RaysBaseball.com.
