Report: Stuart Sternberg to sell Rays by September

The publication, citing unnamed sources, stated that Zalupski would prefer to move the team to Tampa. The Rays announced June 18 that they were having "exclusive discussions" with the group, which also included "prominent Tampa Bay investors.
