Rowdies soccer returns to Al Lang Saturday
March 18, 2022 - The Tampa Bay Rowdies are back at Al Lang Stadium Saturday for their home opener against the Indy Eleven. The match marks the second of the 2022 season for the club, following a draw with last year’s playoff foe, the Birmingham Legion FC. In addition to their regular-season return to Al Lang, the Rowdies will also unveil a new Eastern Conference Championship banner Saturday. The back-to-back conference champs are still fighting for their first USL Championship but return Coach of the Year Neill Collins and most of the club that led the East in wins last year. That match against Indy begins at 7:30 p.m.
