School district announces its Principal of the Year
October 17, 2023 - Linda Burris of Tyrone Middle School is Pinellas County Schools' 2023-24 Principal of the Year. She served as a teacher and administrator before becoming Tyrone Middle’s principal in 2022. Superintendent Kevin Hendrick, students, family and friends surprised Burris with the news Oct. 12.
