St. Pete Beach apartments sell for $14.5M
December 12, 2019 - Sand Cove Apartments, a 72-unit property at 3813 Gulf Blvd. in St. Pete Beach, has sold for $14.5 million. The community, built in the 1970s, is the largest multifamily neighborhood in St. Pete Beach, according to a news release from Marcus & Millichap. Ned Roberts, Adam Podbelski and Jason Hague of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller and advised the buyer in the deal. The names of the buyer and seller were not disclosed. Hague called it one of the toughest the team has transacted. "Despite some major hurdles along the way, we were able to work as a team to get this deal to the finish line. We ended up finding a buyer who shared our vision for the future potential of this asset, and we’re excited to see that vision executed over the next few years," Hague said.
