St. Pete Pride says it needs $289K to survive

St. Pete Pride announced on social media today that it must raise at least $289,000 by Nov. 30 to pay remaining expenses from this year’s celebration and put the organization on stable footing for 2027. New president Trent Brock said sponsorships fell while event costs rose, and the organization entered 2026 still paying bills from the previous year, warning that without additional funding St. Pete Pride “as we know it could be at risk in 2027.”
