September 5, 2025 - According to Coworking Cafe, St. Petersburg ranked No. 4 among U.S. mid-sized cities for economic growth between 2019 and 2023. The coworking hub found that the city's gross domestic product expanded by 43%, which tied with Tampa for the highest increase among mid-sized cities. New business applications surged by 98%, the second fastest rate among peer cities.
