St. Pete to host historic NASCAR race
August 20, 2025 - NASCAR announced Wednesday that its CRAFTSMAN Truck Series will participate in the 2026 Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. Saturday, Feb. 28, will mark the first time that the series has raced on a street course. Tickets for the grand prix, which will again kick off the NTT IndyCar Series, will go on sale this fall.
