State fair postponed until late April
January 27, 2021 - The Florida State Fair, originally scheduled for Feb. 11-22 at the fairgrounds in Tampa, has been postponed because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The new dates, according to a press release, are April 22-May 2. In accordance with CDC and Florida Department of Health recommendations, the fair will provide sanitation stations inside the event, require masks and rework its indoor floor plans in effort to allow more social distancing. Fairgoers who pre-purchased tickets on the Florida State Fair’s website will be given the option to transfer their tickets for the new dates.
