Tampa-based Ideal Image to shutter, lay off 255 workers
December 23, 2025 - Ideal Image Development Corp. has filed a notice with the Florida Department of Commerce stating it will permanently close the company's corporate office in Tampa. While the filing noted that a majority of the 255 affected employees work remotely, the closure eliminates 84 Florida-based roles. The direct-to-consumer aesthetic treatment company does not expect the layoffs to impact clinics or those employees.
