Tampa Bay tops list of ‘best places to live’
August 23, 2024 - Clever Real Estate surveyed 1,000 people nationwide to determine the nation’s most and least desirable places to live according to crime rates, housing costs, weather, taxes and amenities. Tampa Bay ranked first among large metropolitan areas as “it checks many of the boxes that make a place desirable.” Nearly a quarter (23%) of all respondents placed Tampa Bay in their top five.
