Tampa company featured in Pepsi ad campaign
January 4, 2021 - Pepsi has launched a new advertising campaign, “Dig In,” in support of Black-owned restaurants across the country, and one of its spots — which debuted Dec. 26 and runs through Feb. 8 on TV and NFL.com — features 7th + Grove, a Tampa eatery that specializes in southern cuisine and creative cocktails. According to a press release, “Dig In” will be a multi-year effort that aims to help generate $100 million in sales for Black-owned restaurants. It will also provide direct business services, training and mentorship intended to help Black restaurateurs overcome systemic barriers to success, the release says.
