Tampa General earns Joint Commission’s CHEF Recognition
October 30, 2026 - Tampa General Hospital is the first health system in the country to earn recognition from the Joint Commission’s Commitment to Healthy and Enticing Food (CHEF) program. According to a prepared statement, the initiative "honors hospitals and care settings that integrate healthy, delicious and clinically appropriate food into their operations, culture and community engagement."
