Tampa General receives funding for lymphatic research center
August 28, 2026 - Tampa General Hospital has received new funding to establish the Center for Lymphatic Education and Research. The one-year, $150,000 Interdisciplinary Center Preparation Grant was awarded by the University of South Florida's research office. According to a prepared statement, the effort is "designed to accelerate research, expand education and improve care for patients living with lymphatic diseases."
