April 24, 2024 - A recent StorageCafe report placed Tampa among the “top cities for fixer-upper deals.” The median asking price for those homes was $425,000, a potential $80,000 average savings over turnkey houses. StorageCafe did not list St. Petersburg among its top 50 cities.
