Tampa private equity firm recapitalizes New Jersey medical provider

June 2, 2020 - Osceola Capita partnered with management to recapitalize Central Medical Group. Central Medical Group, headquartered in Flanders, New Jersey, provides outsourced equipment management solutions for hospices. Joe Sacco, founder and CEO, and John Armas, co-owner and chief financial officer, will retain significant ownership alongside Osceola, a news release said. Central Medical Group is the sixth platform in Osceola's current fund and the second healthcare platform investment in 2020 for Osceola, a Tampa-based private equity firm. Osceola invests in lower middle-market services companies, typically with earning before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $2 million to $10 million.
