Tampa sales firm completes add-on acquisition
July 10, 2019 - Industrial and Institutional Sales Group in Tampa has acquired Professional Foodservice Marketing Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed in a news release. Professional Foodservice Marketing, headquartered in Atlanta, provides outsourced sales and marketing services for foodservice disposables and janitorial manufacturers in the Southeast. PFM is the fourth acquisition within the I&I Sales Group platform. I&I was acquired by Osceola Capital in 2017 and provides outsourced sales and marketing services to manufacturers.
