Tampa tech company raises $1.25 million
June 7, 2019 - Venuetize Inc., a mobile technology company in Tampa, raised $1.25 million in an equity offering, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company is seeking a total of $4.5 million, the filing said. Venuetize has a mobile platform that integrates with existing venue infrastructure to deliver mobile wallets, contextual advertising and information to improve and innovate the guest experience.
