Tampa’s Fintech buys data company
April 28, 2020 - Financial Information Technologies in Tampa has made its second acquisition in 12 months. Fintech bought Armadillo Insight LLC during the first quarter of 2020. The deal was made public in a news release published today. Financial terms were not disclosed. Fintech is a business solutions provider for the beverage alcohol industry. Armadillo Insight turns complex craft beer data into sales and marketing intelligence that can be used for product placement in chain retailers. Fintech bought Lilypad Solutions, another Tampa company, last year.
