Tampa’s Oracle Elevator acquires Premier Elevator

November 11, 2020 - Oracle Elevator, a Tampa-based elevator service company, has acquired Premier Elevator in Atlanta. Financial terms were not disclosed, but the deal enhances the combined company’s position as the leading independent alternative to the multinational elevator companies, a news release said. The Premier Elevator brand will continue to be used in the Atlanta and Nashville markets. In Florida, the company will go to market using the combined branding of Premier – Oracle Elevator. In all other current Oracle territories, the company will use the Oracle Elevator brand. Oracle Elevator relocated its corporate headquarters from Connecticut to Tampa in 2017, in part because Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeff Vinik invested in the company.
