Topgolf hearing rescheduled for Jan. 26

January 11, 2021 - A motion for summary judgment hearing in a controversial property development lawsuit involving Topgolf has been postponed until Jan. 26 at 9:30 a.m., according to documents filed in Pinellas County Circuit Court. The telephonic hearing had been set for Monday at 3 p.m. in the court of Judge Thomas Ramsberger. A group called Concerned Residents of Carillon is suing Topgolf and the City of St. Petersburg in a bid to stop the construction of a Topgolf entertainment center at 220 Carillon Parkway North.
