Townhome, condo prices decrease as inventory soars

September 21, 2024 - A recently released Corcoran Group Report shows the median townhome and condominium sales prices decreased 11.6% year-over-year to $269,000 in August. Sales dropped 20.5%, and a 6.3-month inventory supply represents a 103.2% increase. Single-family home prices increased 1.2% to $484,000. However, the 3.9-month inventory supply has increased by 105.3% since August 2023.
