USF real estate program receives $1.25 million gift
December 18, 2025 - Alumnus Jeffery Hills, president of Tampa-based Eisenhower Property Group, recently donated $1.25 million to the University of South Florida's burgeoning real estate program. His gift will support a proposed Master of Science in Real Estate program that could launch in the fall of 2027. USF hired Randy Anderson, who established and led real estate programs at Florida International University and the University of Central Florida, to oversee its initiative in June.
