USF Research to develop recreation center
August 21, 2023 - USF Research and Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. have filed a stormwater permit to develop a recreational and fitness area on undeveloped land within the 83-acre area known as the University Center Research and Development Park, which is bounded by USF Pine Drive and USF Alumni Drive to the North and Fowler Avenue to the South. The project will include four football fields, two softball fields, a trail with two loops, a bathroom facility and parking.
