Vietnamese coffee shop to open in Grand Central District
January 6, 2026 - Say Coffee House will open in March at 2414 Central Ave. in St. Petersburg's Grand Central District. The Vietnamese coffee shop will serve the country's traditional slow-drip brews with colorful cold foams. Say Coffee will occupy the storefront that formerly housed Crisp Waffle Company.
