Wealth management firm appoints operations executive
March 16, 2021 - Clearwater-based Flaharty Asset Management, a wealth management firm that serves clients across the country, has named Steven Guess its new operations executive. Guess, according to a news release, served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, retiring as a noncommissioned officer in 2016. His previous company, AWA Investment Advisors, merged with Flaharty Asset Management last year. Prior to retiring from the Air Force, Guess served as a unit education and training manager for five squadrons at Tyndale Air Base near Panama City.
