Window closing for Clearwater redevelopment proposals
September 14, 2026 - Developers have until Sept. 18 to submit proposals for nearly 25 acres of Pinellas County-owned property across 17 sites in downtown Clearwater. The county is seeking a large-scale redevelopment incorporating housing, hotels, retail and commercial uses, with proposals remaining confidential for 90 days after the deadline.
