Zillow lays off additional employees in Tampa
February 23, 2022 - The Zillow Group, the real estate firm known for estimating house values, has notified the state it plans to lay off 19 employees in Tampa. The news comes after the group informed the state in November it was laying off 17 employees who worked as renovation estimators and evaluators. “This action is due to the elimination of the Zillow Offer business,” a Zillow Group manager wrote in a notice to the state. The layoffs commenced in January and will conclude by the end of 2022. The majority of the additional 19 affected employees serve as renovation superintendents and renovation estimators.
