Catching up with Wanderlocal

Two year ago, St Pete’s Daniel Fernandez and Lauren Davenport sold everything and hit the road.  The journey took them to Europe, to Africa and into the national consciousness when they became stuck in Morocco as Covid shutdown the world.  The biggest media outlets in the country picked up their story and supercharged their growing following.

The couple’s latest adventure, other than soon-to-be first time parenting, is traveling the country in an Airstream. They document the good and the bad of life on the road under the moniker Wanderlocal.
