Welcome to St Pete. We are so glad you choose our beautiful city. In the 20 years we’ve lived downtown it is incredible to see the change. We are a city with an incredible waterfront, great art venues and we welcome your company here.

Smart growth is vertical growth, not suburban sprawl. Extremely pumped that Cathie chose St Petersburg. Residents are screaming for higher-paying jobs. Well, here they come!

Ms. Wood is a genius but we need more people and high rises like a hole in the head. I hope that she will be meeting with local leadership and educating herself on what this community needs most which is affordable housing and good public schools. St. Pete has very little land left for development- we are surrounded by water.
