The Institute for Strategic Policy Solutions’ (ISPS) fifth annual Grand Debate is here! Watch as our Florida College System students travel from across the state to congregate at the St. Petersburg College Seminole Campus to partake in our final, statewide debate as they compete against each other to win first place! An evening reception with food, drink, and activities will be taking place immediately after the debate.
