This interactive, hands on class is designed for both wine lovers and curious beginners. You and a guest will learn the fundamentals of red wine blending while tasting 2 to 3 premium wines and creating your own custom blend.
The evening begins with a welcome glass of Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc, paired with an artisanal cheese and charcuterie. As you refine your blend, enjoy a dessert sampler that complements the tasting experience.
