In conjunction with our special exhibition The Woman Who Broke Boundaries: Photographer Lee Miller, we invite you to enjoy a lecture from the Museum’s Assistant Curator Allison McCarthy. In this lecture, McCarthy will explore the fascinating and complicated relationship—both personal and professional—between surrealist photographers Lee Miller and Man Ray. From muse and artist to creative collaborators to lifelong friends, Miller and Man Ray enjoyed an enduring and fruitful association.
