Learning Goals:

• Participants will assess their organization’s data needs and develop strategies to collect data in a way that aligns with their work and goals. 
• Participants will understand the value of both quantitative and qualitative data and the opportunities to use a variety of data types. 
• Participants will learn to write and use SMART metrics. 
• Participants will understand how to meet grant reporting requirements by incorporating efficient and effective evaluation practices into their organization. 
• Participants will understand evaluation strategies they can adopt to inform and advance their work. 
• Participants will learn to communicate about data to create buy in from partners and showcase the impact of their work to community members and potential funders.
